BUDAPEST, Hungary - Ziegler Pannonia Kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of German technical nonwoven manufacturer J.H. Ziegler, will invest €7 million to costruct a new production hall at its base in Bábolna (northwest Hungary), managing director Peter Hartwig said at a press conference.

The new production line will start operating in the autumn of 2011 and full capacity will be reached in three years, Hartwig said. Production value will rise from an annual €4 million to €12 million, level with Ziegler's plant in German, he added.

The new capacity, needed to meet growing automotive industry demand and make deliveries faster in the CEE region, will create 22 workplaces.

Ziegler established the plant in Bábolna in 2006.
