IVC is the company which has approx. 1,000 employees, located in the town of Gorodets, a province of Nizhniy Novgorod, 400km east from Moscow. Main activities are manufacturing and sales of the wire harnesses. Yazaki Corporation acquired 100% share of IVC from “PromInnovacii” Limited Liability Company, a local Russian company.
We are planning to change the company name to “Yazaki Volga” Limited Liability Company in August and start business with the new organization. In 2012, IVC’s sales will be around €35 million.
IVC is Yazaki’s first footprint in Russia, and will make a significant contribution to the expansion of Yazaki’s global footprint of its wire harnesses operations, especially in the Russian market.
