Production at the Trnava plant has been on hold since last Friday, due to a disruption in the supplies of suspension fasteners. These components are being provided from a single supplier.
Despite this problem, the company is continuously filling some 800 new positions required for the production of a third model from mid-2012. The factory currently makes three- and five-door Peugeot 207 hatchbacks and the Citroen C3 Picasso small MPV.
The Trnava plant may resume production on Sunday, September 20th
