Stomil Sanok S.A. is a Polish producer of rubber, rubber-to-metal, rubber-to-plastic and TPE components used in various automotive systems. Kaufil Sealing Technologies is operating in the same business segment, producing car body sealing systems. Kaufil has three manufacturing facilities in Spain, two locations in Morocco as well as joint-venture companies in Russia and in India. The company’s consolidated turnover was €90 million in 2010.
The Management Board of Stomil Sanok SA announced today that it has made a binding offer to acquire 100% stake in Spain’s Kaufil Sealing Technologies SA
