SRG Global Inc. Inauguarates New Plant in Poland

SRG Global Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of advanced coatings on plastics for the automotive industry, has inaugurated its newest facility in Bolesławiec, Poland. The event coincides with the beginning of parts shipments to customers in Germany and surrounding countries.

Bolesławiec is located in Southwest Poland, approximately 45 km (25 mi) east of Germany at Görlitz. The 13,000m2 plant designs, produces and assembles high quality painted plastic parts, and features molding machines ranging in tonnage from 600 – 1,800, paint lines capable of using water or solvent-based paints as well as assembly cells that supply complete modular concepts.

The facility, which began production during the second quarter of 2010, meets or exceeds technologies recommended by the EU Best Available Technologies initiative to limit harmful emissions. The plant also complies with all EU and Polish regulations, and is ISO-TS Certified. It will be certified under ISO 14001 by the end of 2011.

SRG Global Poland will eventually employ more than 220 highly skilled workers representing engineering disciplines in research and development, design, product and quality, and process and technology.
