Škoda Auto Opens New Lean Center in Mlada Boleslav

Škoda invested about €5.3 million in this new four-story training complex with a total floor space of 5,657 square meters.

At the Lean Center staff and suppliers will receive comprehensive training regarding ‘lean production’ and ‘lean management.’ The Lean Center in Mlada Boleslav is Škoda's largest trainings centre of this kind in the Czech Republic.

Including the new Lean Center, the company now operates 25 education centres worldwide, including operations in India, Russia and China.
