According to Sollers PLC General Director Vadim Shvetsov, the sales increase across key Sollers products was higher than the average growth of the Russian automotive market in 2010. Mr. V. Shvetsov noted that the main gains in the past year came primarily from retail car sales and were not related to government-sponsored programs to boost market demand. “This confirms high competitiveness of cars produced by Sollers and leads us to expect further strengthening of our market position in the coming year”, said Vadim Shvetsov.
