NSK to Expand Polish Steering Factory

NSK Ltd., a Japanese supplier of chassis and powertrain components, is planning to expand its electrically powered steering (EPS) systems manufacturing at its existing site in Walbrzych, southwestern Poland. The expansion on a 1.4 ha plot will involve the construction of new facilities (including three warehouses) with a total area of 5 thousand sqm.

NSK has other operations in Poland, a bearing manufacturing factory and an R&D centre in the town of Kielce.
