Norma Group Opens New Production Facility in Serbia

Norma Group AG, a global market and technology leader for engineered joining technologies, has opened a new production plant in Serbia to further expand its global network, strengthen its presence in Eastern Europe and access the growing Turkish market. The facility is located in Subotica in northern Serbia, approx. ten kilometres away from the Hungarian border.

The new facility in Serbia is dedicated to the production of fluid system products (fluid lines and plug-in type connectors). With the completion of the construction project on time, followed by successful audits from a number of the company’s major customers, production already started in July. The Group currently employs 40 people in Subotica. The number of workforce will rise to 350 over the next two years as the factory becomes progressively filled.
