New car market in Slovenia: January, 2014 figures are now available

According to data released by the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Authorised Importers there were 5,425 new cars sold in Slovenia during January, 2014.

There were 4,646 passenger cars sold
Top 10 brands:
Volkswagen: 695 units
Renault: 583 units
Skoda: 425 units
Peugeot: 419 units
Citroën: 320 units
Opel: 278 units
Ford: 234 units
Kia: 174 units
Dacia: 171 units
Nissan: 163 units

There were 779 LCVs sold.
Leading brands
Peugeot: 238 units
Renault: 183 units
Volkswagen: 125 units
Citroën: 81 units
Fiat: 55 units
