New Car Market in Romania: October, 2025 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 14240 new light vehicles registered in Romania in October, 2025. CY2025 registrations amount to 132854 units (PC: 121180 units, LCV: 11674 units)

There were 12947 new passenger cars registered in October.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3439 units
Toyota: 1343 units
Renault: 927 units
Škoda: 872 units
Volkswagen: 825 units
Ford: 731 units
Hyundai: 664 units
Mercedes: 466 units
BMW: 418 units
Audi: 353 units

There were 1293 new LCVs registered in October.
Leading brands:
Ford: 322 units
Volkswagen: 279 units
Renault: 205 units
Iveco: 123 units
Mercedes: 99 units
Toyota: 72 units
Fiat: 71 units
