New car market in Romania: March, 2016 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In March, 2016 there were 9,951 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers.During the first three months of 2016 total figures amounted to 23,529 units (3580 units of LCV, 19949 units of PC).

There were 8,413 new passenger cars delivered in March.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 2262 units
Volkswagen: 883 units
Škoda: 864 units
Renault: 583 units
Ford: 549 units

There were 1,538 new LCVs delivered in March.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 365 units
Mercedes-Benz: 176 units
Ford: 170 units
Fiat: 140 units
Renault: 122 units
