New Car Market in Romania: February, 2023 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 13828 new light vehicles registered in Romania during February, 2023. CY2023 registrations amount to 27139 units (PC: 24543 units, LCV: 2596 units).

There were 12375 new passenger cars registered in February.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 4738 units
Renault: 989 units
Škoda: 793 units
Hyundai: 784 units
Toyota: 676 units

There were 1453 new LCVs registered in February.
Leading brands:
Renault: 591 units
Ford: 270 units
Iveco: 122 units
Mercedes-Benz: 106 units
Volkswagen: 82 units
