New Car Market in Romania: December, 2023 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 12941 new light vehicles registered in Romania during December, 2023. CY2023 registrations amount to 159724 units (PC: 144524 units, LCV: 15200 units).

There were 11354 new passenger cars registered in December.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 3415 units
Škoda: 932 units
Toyota: 930 units
Hyundai: 795 units
Renault: 793 units

There were 1451 new LCVs registered in December.
Leading brands:
Renault: 499 units
Ford: 289 units
Iveco: 179 units
Volkswagen: 93 units
Fiat: 86 units
