New Car Market in Romania: August, 2026 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 10762 new light vehicles registered in Romania in August, 2026.

There were 9548 new passenger cars registered in August.

Škoda: 845 units
Volkswagen: 765 units
Byd: 651 units
BMW: 428 units
Renault: 405 units
Mercedes: 404 units
MG: 339 units
Ford: 322 units

There were 1214 new LCVs registered in August.
