New car market in Romania: August, 2018 figures are released

The latest statistical bulletin has been published by Automotive Manufacturers and Importers Association in Romania. In August, 2018 there were 12,546 new cars and LCVs supplied to dealers. In the first eight months deliveries amount to 112,045 units (PC: 98542 units, LCV: 13503 units)

There were 10624 new passenger cars delivered in August.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 2081 units
Volkswagen: 1098 units
Škoda: 852 units
Opel: 756 units
Renault: 751 units

There were 1922 new LCVs delivered in August.
Leading brands:
Ford: 397 units
Dacia: 302 units
Mercedes: 262 units
Renault: 172 units
Citroën: 166 units
