New Car Market in Romania: April, 2025 Figures Are Released

According to data, published by the General Directorate For Driving Licenses and Car Registration (DRCPIV) there were 11067 new light vehicles registered in Romania in April, 2025. CY2025 registrations amount to 47508 units (PC: 43314 units, LCV: 4134 units)

There were 10005 new passenger cars registered in April.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 2321 units
Toyota: 990 units
Škoda: 840 units
Volkswagen: 659 units
Renault: 615 units
Mercedes-Benz: 500 units
Ford: 498 units
Hyundai: 496 units

There were 1062 new LCVs registered in April.
Leading brands:
Ford: 292 units
Volkswagen: 153 units
Renault: 150 units
Iveco: 144 units
Fiat: 136 units
Toyota: 47 units
Mercedes: 43 units
