New car market in Macedonia: December, 2016 figures are released

According to data published by the Automotive Importers Association of the Republic of Macedonia and other sources, there were 603 new light vehicles sold in Macedonia in December, 2016 (excluding Hyundai, Mazda, BMW and Mercedes). Between January and December, 2016, total new light vehicle sales in Macedonia amounted to 5656 units (4847 passenger cars and 809 units of LCVs).

There were 501 new passenger cars sold in December.
Leading brands:
Dacia: 103 units
Volkswagen: 55 units
Skoda: 52 units
Ford: 47 units
Citroeën: 44 units

There were 102 new LCVs sold in December.
Leading brands:
Fiat: 46 units
Citroën: 17 units
Volkswagen: 11 units
