New car market in Czech Republic: December, 2012 and full-year figures are released

According to data, released by the Car Importers Association in the Czech Republic there were new light vehicles registered in Estonia during 2012.

There were 174.009 new passenger cars registered.
Leading brands:
Škoda: 53.778 units
Volkswagen: 15.185 units
Hyundai: 15.162 units
Ford: 12.719 units
Renault: 10.456 units
Kia: 8.564 units
Peugeot: 6.725 units
Citroën: 5.721 units
Toyota: 3.951 units
BMW: 3.901 units
Opel: 3.836 units
Audi: 3.810 units
Dacia: 3.805 units

There were 11.821 new LCVs registered
Leading brands
Volkswagen: 2.077 units
Ford: 1.783 units
Fiat: 1.654 units
Renault: 1.204 units
Peugeot: 1.133 units
Citroën: 1.010 units
Mercedes-Benz: 815 units
Iveco: 517 units
Dacia: 305 units

As for December, there were 13.946 new vehicles registered. Out of that number there were 12.784 passenger cars (Škoda: 3.819 units; Volkswagen: 1.244 units; Hyundai: 1205 units;) and 1162 LCVs registered (Ford: 222 units; Volkswagen: 203 units; Fiat: 157 units)
