Gedia Completes First €4 Million Phase of Expansion in Nowa Sol

The total value of the expansion project at the Nowa Sol base is valued €20 million and it consists of four different parts.
The company invested €4 million in the first phase of the expansion, which included the construction of a 9,8 thousand square meter assembly hall. The new hall will accomodate aluminum welding technologies, which until now have been used at Gedia’s Kozuchow plant.
The next step (in the first half of 2012) is the construction of new 8 thousand square metre assembly hall for car parts, followed by the purchase of a 1.100 ton hydraulic press, the last is the construction of a hot press line.
