GYŐR, Hungary -- Germany-based aluminium components maker Erbslöh AG intends to further expand its Hungarian production site in Győr, a preliminary environmental impact assessment study reveals. As the third stage of the local site’s expansion, plans call for erecting a 12,400 square-metre metal processing facility for the surface treatment of locally produced aluminium decorative or functional elements. Related technologies will include anodising, polishing and machining. Parts processed at the new plant will be assembled the adjacent facility inaugurated in August 2017. The investment will also see capacity expansion at the Erbslöh Hungária’s local machining hall opened back in 1999.
