Brembo Inaugurates New Production Centre in Dabrowa Gornicza

Brembo S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of brake systems, has completed a major expansion of its factory in Dabrowa Gornicza, in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE).

The expansion required an investments of €105 million and is designed
to fully integrate all the phases of the production value chain, from the receiving of
raw materials to the shipping of the completed product.

The investment doubles the previous factory and now is based on a 90,000 square meters area. The new plant will employ 1200 people and thanks to 39 production lines and two cast-iron foundries will double the production capacity of brake discs.
