PRAGUE, Czech Republic - Bosch Group in Czech Republic returned to growth in 2010 fiscal years, announced Karel Strobel, chief of the company for Czech Republic at Zofin on Wednesday.
Consolidated turnaround (sales to third parties) in CR reached 497 million Euros, representing 11 percent year-on-year increase. Total turnaround including deliveries to other Bosch companies reached 1.2 billion Euros, representing 24 percent increase comparing to 2009. Number of employees increased to 8,000 in 2010. “Bosch Group in CR returned to profit faster than expected. We hired another 800 people in 2010, mostly in automotive part of our production.” Strobel said. “We plan to hire another 150 new employees this year,” he added.
