Audi Hires Seven Thousandth Employee at Hungarian Base

The 900 new jobs created by the company between January and August are in various parts of the current factory and partly in the new complex. 200 of the new workers are of higher education and will work in the new factory. Most of the new employees will have a job in the bodyshop, the paint shop, at the assembly line or in the field of quality assurance. They are being trained in various areas both on-site at Győr and also at Audi’s Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm locations.

With the expansion of the Győr production complex, the German car manufacturer is creating 2,100 new jobs over the next few years.

The number of new hirees exceeded 900 in the first eight month of 2011 at Audi Hungaria Motor Kft.
